Agronomic context
Structured farm, crop and operational state grounded in real-world observations and local constraints.
Turn fragmented agricultural data and specialised AI models into context-aware, validated workflows across machines, software and farming operations.

THE PLATFORM THESIS
Different machines, sensors and farm applications should not each require a new AI stack. AIVA OS is being designed as a reusable software layer above existing hardware and connectivity infrastructure, not a replacement for an equipment manufacturer’s control or safety systems.
PROPOSED REFERENCE ARCHITECTURE
Select a layer to inspect its intended responsibilities. This illustrates our target architecture, not a fully implemented production system.
Route each task to a suitable specialist model, agronomic rule or optimisation method based on input availability, compute and deployment requirements.
THE RUNTIME
Structured farm, crop and operational state grounded in real-world observations and local constraints.
Specialist models selected for the task and deployed on compatible cloud or edge infrastructure.
Policy-aware recommendations, transparent rationale and operator approval before action.
Reusable contracts and adapters for permitted equipment, sensor and software integration.
Our first proposed demonstration connects soil tests, NDVI, weather and management history to site-specific nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium decision support. Recommendations require agronomic review and local calibration.
Soil analysis, crop state, vegetation indices and fertilisation history.
Apply appropriate crop models, soil constraints and regional rules.
Provide explainable N, P and K advice for qualified review.
Prepare field decisions and, where supported, prescription exports.
NPK is the first application, not the complete product. Future application areas may include seeding, irrigation, crop protection and machine intelligence.
MEASUREMENT, NOT MARKETING
Benefits must be measured against defined baselines. Research on precision nutrient management provides context, not evidence that AIVA has already achieved agronomic savings.
Evaluate each nutrient independently, along with crop yield and quality.
Test a shared workflow against two distinct permitted interfaces.
A proposed repeat-integration reduction target, not a verified result.
WHAT EXISTS TODAY
WORK WITH US
Explore safe integration boundaries, capability contracts and scalable AI deployment alongside existing machine ecosystems.
Co-design the first adapters, data pipelines and repeatable integration workflows.
Define meaningful NPK decision workflows and measurable outcomes under local agronomic conditions.
We are seeking technically engaged design partners and agronomic pilot collaborators. Bring a specific machine, workflow or NPK challenge.
All architecture and integration capabilities are highly customisable. Machine interfaces and autonomous actuation require access rights, engineering validation and appropriate safety reviews.
